Paprika ATX is an Austin food truck led by Margarito Perez, a taco, torta, and tostada enthusiast (all things vitamin T) who is passionate about sharing his food with the Austin community. Through his branding, he wanted to honor his Mexican roots while also throwing away ideas and expectations of what “authentic” Mexican food means out the window. Staying true to himself, Paprika has evolved into a brand that is unapologetic, creative, caring, and committed to feeding the community where it resides.
